About Mike Gorecki

General Contractor Mike Gorecki founded Summit Bay Construction, Inc in 2005 bringing diverse knowledge, extensive experience, high attention to detail, and professionalism to every commercial and residential project he is contracted on.  Summit Bay Construction is operated with a flex support staff model.  Our accounting, bid coordinator, estimators, superintendents, and project managers have been long standing employees with Mike. In order to provide a work life balance to employees, and operate at high efficiency, the proper support staff is assigned to each unique construction project.

Mike holds active general contractor and real estate licenses, graduated in the top 1/3 of his class at The University of Florida with a B.S. from the M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Construction Management.  As the owner manager of Summit Bay Construction, Mike is able to ensure the highest level of ethics, professionalism, and quality craftsmanship is achieved to every commercial and residential project.
