Mike Gorecki has been a licensed GC in Florida since 2002 and holds a B.S degree from The University of Florida’s M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Construction Management. Mike founded Summit Bay Construction Inc and Summit Bay Management in 2005 initially with a sole focus on commercial construction projects in Florida and expanded to Southeastern states as client’s needs grew.
